Year 4 Step Back in Time…

On Thursday 8th September the year 4 pupils took a step back in time and enjoyed a Stone Age themed day. During the day they took part in various Stone Aged related activities including shelter building, fire and food and cave art.

Great fun was had by all and lots of pupils made the extra effort of coming to school

Lollipop Man

The reception children enjoyed a visit from Charlie the lollipop man, who explained about his job and how to keep safe near roads. They have studied the human body in science and have linked this with healthy eating trough the topic of the Olympics. In June children from Year 6 attended Oceanfest, which is an annual event that takes place at Croyde Beach. This event is aimed at Year 6 children from the North Devon area and focuses on team building skills.
